A great time was held at Eagle Lake, just prior to the close of Dec. 31.  Lake level down a bit, has come up 8 inches since fall with plenty of snow on the ground.  Papoose Creek was running slowly, Merrill Creek was not.  Young fellow at the Marina breakwater was Hunter Fletcher of Susanville, fishing with his dad and brother.
